Best livid dagger setup.
I personally think livid is better cuz of the cc and attack speed. It has already been tested that high dps is better than high 1 shot dmg. But by the weapon having those 2 stats by default at 100% we dont need to worry about those with accessories and reforges. That gives way to having all those into damage alone. Livid dagger gives more ehp than flower of truth, making it useful for minibosses, but you may not be able to 1 tap certain high ehp mobs such as super tank zombie. Use fot when clearing rooms, and dagger when doing miniboss / boss.

it's a bad reforge if you think about it. Cd and str are equal after the str nerf. Suspicious reforge gives 7% cc and 85cd and Withered gives 135 str + your cata level. 7% cc on livid dagger is useless and str and cd being equally important it's better to get whatever gives the most stats, that is witheredAnyways, the gear: minimum I would say, would be full, 5* giant old-dragon armour, with a healer. Shadow fury doesn't get outclassed by giants sword. Lol. Just because it has a lot of base damage, doesn't mean it's better. Giant has no strength and fury, with fabled, it outclasses giant sword with around 900 dmg and 600-700 strength. Livid is a good sword and recommend it and so is flower. Livid Dagger or AOTD) (I would recommend getting the Heroic reforge on your AOTE for extra mana) and for the Flower of Truth, probably go with Dirty, but you can go with Fabled or Suspicious if you want.

Bers meta is just archer setup without double shot because melee sucks. You can still keep it for minibosses as they are easier to clear with a sword. Smite is better for dungeons. Ok so I should use smite? Sharp as smite for ability dmg. They probably mean that sharpness doesn't work on ability damage but smite does.
