IMO amboss is a harder q bank than UW so an 80% average on it is very good. This won't make any difference what so ever since usmle step 1 is not a 1-100% score and the scoring system is based on a bell type curve. So if a program sees a 235 in 2019 and 230 from 2017, they should have the same judgement on that student, if they are smart.
