Okay so the mission has you herding these wild horses for Albert mason. One of these horses is the Silver dapple pinto Missouri Fox Trotter. Usually, you can’t get the horse because it’s gone after the mission but, I figured out a way to track the horse and keep it from despawing.

Once you’ve exited the stable while on horseback of the fox trotter and you’ve bonded with it to level 1, save your game then exit the game. Once you reload your save it’ll be a normal horse.
