jd772. may have to remove a wheel to check voltage when you unplug connector from solenoid. also check the grounds. check to make sure brake switch is operating .it is tied in to wire circuit. and throttle switch. it should indicate on dash the 4x4 ,also may hear the solenoid with engine off and switch activated.

I am looking for some input as to what other issues 825i owners have experienced.
