How to tell scav from pmc.
Most of the time this is probably true. However my buddy and I ran a scav the other day and found a PMC who was stoked about extracting with us. I also think the extract turns green when someone has/is at the coop extract. Not sure it tells you whether it's PMC or Scav waiting though.
Just try to avoid PvP as a scav at all cost. If not possible I look at clothing, scavs usually have something standing out, PMCs are mostly green. I spawned in as Scav and ran to crackhouse to look for morphine injectors, and I thought I saw a player Scav entering crackhouse shortly before me.
