I mean, idk, with the minor mods added, and especially if you want high stats in everything instead of 2 max stats, getting 2 or 3 10s or a 60+ will do it for me. So all encounters can be farmed for weapons on both difficulties, but artifice armor which drops high stat and is affected by your ghost armorer mods can only drop from completing encounters on Master difficulty. Normal can drop high stat armor too but it is lacking the artifice armor slot. Every encounter that has a reward drop can drop it.
