Hi, I had planned on adding HBO to my existing fios service, but it showed me that it'll make my double play from $74.99 to $169.99? Why can't I just add HBO and pay only $15 extra for HBO?

After installation for first 2-3 days I got HBO and now it stopped. I was chatting with support and they said HBO is NOT the part of package.
