Does anybody got the "Fixer, Merc, Soldier, Spy" gig? I'm currently stuck at 22 gigs at Regina's gig and there's no other gigs on the map I heard when you finish the "Welcome to America, Comrade" gig, you will get another gig after that, but so far I haven't got any messages to any gigs

Is this a bug in Fixer, Merc, Soldier, Spy? So, having Googled this I can see a few people have had problems with this gig either not triggering or not completing but I haven't been able to find anyone with the particular issue I've had. Basically, the data shard is nowhere to be found. I know where it SHOULD be but...it isn't there.
