I replaced the recoil spring with a tungsten, light spring from Glock Store and so far, no issues after 100 rounds. I’ll follow up after my second trip to the range. Like you, if the problem repeats, I’m going back to OEM.

One doesn’t lock the slide back at all (even manually cycling it on an empty mag), the other one only locks back about 30% of the time.
