I am trying to Mod BG3 and for some reason, several of my mods simply do not work. I use Vortex. It often tells me to get LSLib. I installed LSLib divine tool, and it keeps telling me to get LSLIb I go to Nesbyte's (not sure of spelling) site only to NOT find a download link.You essentially recreated folders but did not mark them read-only. It makes sense that this would work as this is where the problem lies. I am not sure why the folders would need to be marked as read-only in those mods in the first place, but I have relayed your issue (Vortex being unable to rectify the situation) to the devs.

Tried uninstalling everything related to BG3 and Vortex and manually deleting everything from Appdata. No luck.
